In this lesson we’ll be learning about inequalities. Inequality shows relation between two objects or values. For example 3 is greater than 2, 1 is lesser than 5, 5 is equal to 5.
Those are simple, well known inequalities. But what if there is some unknown in that relation? Don’t worry, you’ll learn soon enough.
There are three main types of inequalities with unknowns:
● One-step
● Two-step
● Multi-step
To solve an inequality means to find the set of all possible solutions. First, we’ll learn a little bit more about one-step inequalities.
